I switched my enewsletter provider with this last issue of Red Dog News (Red Dog News #85). My new provider, Benchmark Email, has a feature that lets me view where Red Dog News is opened. At last count photography lovers from at least 50 countries read this newsletter.
As depicted on the map (below), all areas in green (with the darker green color showing where the most opens were) are countries where Red Dog News has been opened, as of noon, Tuesday, May 29, 2012.
Countries represented: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Mozambique, Namibia (Africa), Netherlands, New Zealand, Pakistan, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.
For those of you who are working in the field of photography, whether it be in writing, publishing, shooting pictures, agent/representative, gallery or museum afilliated, etc., please let me know what you do, no matter wherever in the world you are.
I would like to begin a new feature in Red Dog News, that spotlights active photography-related professionals all over the world. Even if you are that one person in Peru, or the eight in Sweden, let me know. With each feature there will be appropriate links to your site to showcase your own work.
Don’t be bashful! This is your chance to show your talent(s) to the world. I am especially interested in the following countries: Dominican Republic, Peru, Namibia, Mozambique, Azerbaijan, Greece, Romania, Hungary, Guatemala, Slovakia, Belarus, Denmark, Philippines, Thailand, and Pakistan.
Thanks again, for following the antics and interests of Red Dog News…
